Together, the parties agree as follows:
1. Permission to Use Media
Customer gives Trenchless Boss permission to photograph, record, film, livestream, capture,
publish, display, reproduce, edit, and otherwise use any photos, videos, audio recordings,
written statements, testimonials, interviews, training footage, jobsite footage, company name,
logo, likeness, image, voice, and related identifying information connected to Customer,
Customer’s company, Customer’s employees, representatives, owners, crew members,
equipment, vehicles, facilities, jobsites, or projects.
This permission includes, but is not limited to, use in:
* Social media
* Trenchless Boss websites and landing pages
* Email marketing and newsletters
* Printed marketing materials, catalogs, brochures, flyers, and training materials
* Paid advertising, digital advertising, retargeting ads, and sponsored content
* Case studies, customer success stories, testimonials, blog articles, and press releases
* Trade shows, presentations, podcasts, webinars, online courses, and training/coaching
* Any other lawful marketing, promotional, educational, commercial, or public relations purpose
Trenchless Boss may identify Customer as a customer, trainee, contractor, installer, equipment
purchaser, materials purchaser, coaching participant, service recipient, or project participant, as
applicable.
2. Testimonials and Statements

Customer authorizes Trenchless Boss to use any written or spoken statements, reviews,
comments, interviews, testimonials, feedback, messages, emails, social media comments, or
other communications provided by Customer or Customer’s representatives.
Customer agrees that any testimonial or statement provided to Trenchless Boss will reflect
Customer’s honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or actual experience. Trenchless Boss may make
reasonable edits for length, clarity, formatting, grammar, or presentation, provided the edits do
not materially change the meaning of the statement.
3. Scope of Rights Granted
Customer grants Trenchless Boss right and license to use the media and materials described in
this Agreement in any format or medium now known or later developed.
This includes the right to copy, edit, crop, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, perform,
archive, reuse, and repurpose the media, in whole or in part, without additional approval from or
payment to Customer.
4. No Compensation
Customer understands and agrees that Customer will not receive any payment, royalty,
commission, discount, credit, or other compensation for Trenchless Boss’s use of the media,
company name, likeness, testimonial, or related materials unless otherwise agreed in a
separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Trenchless Boss is not required to use any media or materials and may stop using them at any
time for any reason.
5. Employee, Crew, and Representative Consent
Customer represents that the person signing this Agreement has authority to bind Customer
and grant the permissions stated in this Agreement.
Customer also agrees that it is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, consents,
or releases from its employees, owners, officers, subcontractors, crew members,
representatives, customers, property owners, or other individuals who may appear in photos,
videos, audio, testimonials, jobsite footage, or related media.
6. Jobsite and Property Footage
Customer authorizes Trenchless Boss to capture and use photos, videos, and other media from
Customer jobsites, training locations, facilities, offices, vehicles, equipment, and project
locations, provided Trenchless Boss has been invited to or allowed access to the location.

Customer agrees that Trenchless Boss may show general project conditions, equipment setup,
pipe lining work, pipe bursting work, drain cleaning work, prep work, training activity, crew
participation, installation processes, and finished results.
Customer should notify Trenchless Boss in writing before filming or photography begins if there
are any restricted areas, confidential details, customer privacy concerns, property-owner
restrictions, safety limitations, or materials that should not be captured or published.
7. Release of Claims
Customer releases and holds harmless Trenchless Boss, its owners, officers, employees,
contractors, representatives, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns from any and all
claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to the
use of the media or materials covered by this Agreement.
This release includes, without limitation, claims based on right of publicity, right of privacy,
defamation, false light, copyright, trademark, moral rights, misappropriation, commercial use,
editing, distortion, alteration, publication, or distribution.
8. Ownership
Customer understands that Trenchless Boss owns all rights in photos, videos, recordings, edits,
marketing materials, graphics, captions, written content, advertisements, and other materials
created by or for Trenchless Boss.
9. Accuracy of Marketing Claims
Trenchless Boss may use Customer’s experience, results, feedback, project details, or
statements in marketing materials. Customer agrees to provide accurate information and to
notify Trenchless Boss promptly if any statement submitted by Customer is inaccurate,
misleading, outdated, or no longer approved for use.
10. Revocation Request
Because marketing materials may be published, distributed, printed, scheduled, archived, or
reused, Customer understands that this authorization is intended to be permanent.
Customer may submit a written request asking Trenchless Boss to stop using certain materials
in future marketing. Trenchless Boss may consider such requests in good faith but is not
required to remove unless required by law or agreed in writing.
11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of **[Ohio / Applicable State of filming
location]**, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in
**[County, State]**, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the full understanding between the parties regarding the use of
Customer’s media, image, likeness, company name, testimonials, and related marketing
materials. It replaces any prior oral or written discussions regarding the same subject matter.
Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION
By signing below, Customer confirms that Customer has read, understands, and agrees to this
Customer Media Release and Marketing Authorization.
