Fill Out the SRA Form
Once you fill out the form, wait for a confirmation email with your SRA paperwork and number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Include a copy of your SRA paperwork with the shipment. Note the SRA number on the outside of the shipping container and WAIT FOR OUR SHIPPING LABEL.
Ship It
Once your shipment is ready, ship it to our Service Center using the shipping label we provided.

To Pack Your Cutter For Shipping
Most repairs require only the cutting arm, which can be shipped inside a sealed 4″ PVC pipe. The video shows how to package the entire unit, when needed.
